  • All prints are made on high-quality art paper with an inkjet printer. When properly framed, sealed, and kept away from direct sunlight and humidity, they will remain in excellent condition.

  • All orders are processed and shipped within 7 business days. You’ll first receive an order confirmation email, followed by a shipping confirmation with a tracking number.

  • Shipping typically takes 2–6 weeks, with faster delivery to destinations such as the USA or France. Please note that delivery may take up to 8 weeks due to ongoing pandemic-related delays.

    If you're not home during delivery, the courier may leave a notice and your parcel will be held at your local post office for up to 30 days. If uncollected, it will be returned to sender. Unfortunately, we are not responsible for missed deliveries, and any reshipment will require the buyer to cover the shipping cost.

    To ensure a smooth delivery, we recommend monitoring your tracking information regularly to avoid missing your package.

  • All orders are shipped with a tracking number.

  • Please double-check your order details before checkout to ensure all information is correct.

    You may modify or cancel your order before receiving the shipping confirmation email. If needed, please contact us as soon as possible at hello@leawoostudio.com.

    Once your order has been shipped and you receive the shipping confirmation, changes, cancellations, and refunds are no longer possible.

    After the shipping confirmation is sent, we are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address due to input errors on your part.

  • We offer customized products and services. If you're looking for something not available in our shop—such as a print in a custom size—feel free to contact me at hello@leawoostudio.com.

  • We do our best to ensure your order arrives safely. However, if your package is damaged upon arrival, please contact us at hello@leawoostudio.com as soon as possible—within 7 days of receipt.

    When reporting damage, kindly include your order number, full name, and clear photos showing the damage.

    Please note: Claims cannot be accepted for damage reported more than 7 days after delivery.

  • We are not responsible for losses or delays caused by the courier or postal service.

    If your parcel is lost or delayed, please contact your local post office directly and provide your tracking number—they will assist you with the investigation.

  • As a small business, we are unable to accept returns unless you received the wrong order.

  • Item prices do not include taxes. Buyers are responsible for any import fees or duties. All orders are shipped from China, so please check your country’s customs regulations before purchasing.
